Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the importance of bank financial products and services which undoubtedly are the main component of banking activity. The new trendy regarding the definition of banking products, banking services and the factors that influence product strategies in time will lead to the diversification and specialization of banking activities. This diversification and specialization of banking activities and the very strong competition in banking field are important factors which determined banks to address a new stage necessary for their development – an orientation to words product policy, but especially to the quality of the services they offer.
