Psycho-social aspects of stress among health care professionals in an economic crisis

Summary/Abstract: This report presents an analysis of the results of some empirical studies for psycho – social aspects of stress among health care professionals in an economic crisis. In our research we tried to identify the major determinants of work stress and working capacity therefore we have examined some sources of work pressure. Emotional stress and exhaustion among health care professionals, working in lack of time and resources and permanent changes in the health system are problems which influence their performance.
