Summary/Abstract: Formed and living with the idea that Romania is an active factor in the world, because of its relationships, of any kind, with as many peoples and countries as possible, the author – member of the Romanian Senate (1990-2000)-, registered as a set back the „postdecember” restriction of these relationships. In this case, I had a good relation with the business representative in Bucharest, Tundevdorju In Zalaa, and the author lived beside him the agony of these organised relationships. The article is based on my personal archive, speeches in the Parliament, warnings to the Minister of Exterior, materials offered by our External Trade Ministry. The officials used to judge, exclusively and completely, the problem from an economical point of view – the turnaround of import-export activity, very low -. The author considers as being a big mistake the withdrawal of our diplomatic personnel. Romania, oil manufacturer and oil eqippment producer, contestant on the international market, withdrew its representatives from Mongolia when this country started to accelerate raw materials and oil exploitation. Romania was leaving when Mongolia became oil manufacturer. The author’s interference, as a member of the Parliament’s Friendship Group with Mongolia proved to be inefficient. But, I keep going on.
