Summary/Abstract: This paper consists of three parts. Title of the first part is Power Groups and Social Power Monopoly. In this part are discussed about general prescription of social power and about strucutre and distribution of social power in Yugoslav society and about main types of Social power. Title of the second part is Party State Apparat and Society. In this part are discussed political parties as organization formed for winning a state goverment. In this part is accented that the aim of power party (KP/LK) made political monopoly and informal oligarchic structure of social power after the Second World War. Title of the third Part is The Problem of Distribution of Social Power. The main conclusion of this part is that there is non-egalitarian distribution of social power in Yugoslav society. Dominant position in hierarchy of social power owned elites consisted of economical and political functionaries that ruled managerial roles in all segments of social life.
