Comparative analysis of the systems for social insurance and of social costs in Bulgaria and the countries from European Union

Summary/Abstract: The research analyses the experience of the countries from EU in the social area (mainly in the aspect of social costs) as well as the experience of Bulgaria and other East European countries. It deals with the questions of social legislation and optimisation of the social costs here. In the different countries these costs are considered with the differences in the stages of their economic development-Considering the close connection of the social costs with the whole system for social protection (including the range of the social protection, the conditions for receiving, the forms and the ways for financing, etc.), the research ranges many other aspects of this issue.
