Summary/Abstract: Why career is so important? Most generally, career is something important as it represents people's en¬tire lives in the work environment. Work, furthermore, largely determines overall quality of life. That is why career is a prime concern of employees. The responsibility for a career management lies in both —individual and employing organization. The goal of career progress should be the acquisi¬tion and maintenance of an ability to respond flexibly to problems and opportunities, that happen by chance or in a usual way.
