The servicing objects

Summary/Abstract: This article considers a variety of properties and chattels with a view to their functioning as main objects or servicing objects, groups of chattels and compound objects for common use, items connected with one another with specific joint use. Special attention is paid to accessories as detached objects with secondary function. The accessories are distinguished in detail ranging from servicing property at easements, parking places and shared areas of apartment houses. Analysis is also made of the relations between properties in case of easement as limited real right over another's estate. The objects which are accepted as real estate due to their specific functions are examined according to the abolished legislation (in particular The Properties, Ownership and Easement Act came into force in 1904} as well as according to the application of these orders in compliance with operative Bulgarian legislation.
