Effective and Complex-free Presidency

Summary/Abstract: On 13 January 2009, the Council of Ministers approved the Program of Preparations for Assumption and Holding by the Republic of Poland of the Presidency of the European Union,1 submitted by the government plenipotentiary for preparing government administration bodies and holding the Presidency of the Council of the European Union by the Republic of Poland. The program identifies activities to be undertaken in 2009–2011 with a view to effectively preparing Poland for this challenge.
