Summary/Abstract: Indeed, one of the sectors in which there is still much to be done, is the integration of contractual instruments. Paradoxically, the economic transactions market is nothing in the background, a set of transactions on goods and/or services, yet are still primarily based on national contract rules though, as will be said, there are some elements of internationalization or harmonization of legislation, particularly in relation to consumer protection.
