They present organized places where we can find offer and demand of various types of financial instruments(active capital). Business subjects, through financial markets, get to some assets needed for financing their working. These markets elevate the linking of subjects with surplus of assets with subjects with shortage of financial resources, actually they connect two important macroeconomic categories i.e. saving and investing. The market of capital is the most important segment of the financial market. The market of capital is trading with financial instruments that have receiving/ efecting time period longer than a year. Anyway, this market is primarily trading with long-term securities, debt instruments, and owners securities. Emitters of the market of capital get to assets for their own long-term financing. The so-named institutional investors have got a special role on this market.
