FDI and globalization

Summary/Abstract: Globalization implies unification in communities capable to create firm alliances, most of all economic. Cooperation, competition and partnership between these alliances at the same time, would affect further development of global civilization. With decrement of national economic isolation and increment of interdependence between countries, globalization decreases national sovereignty of the countries, but also increases the authority of interstate and state bodies responsible for maintenance of social-economic relations on the global level. Globalization directly enables the reaffirmation and incorporation of human rights in constitutional provisions, as a base for rule of law in parliamentary democracy.
