POST-CRISIS ECONOMY: PROBLEMS AND PERSPECTIVIES

Summary/Abstract: The world economic crisis of 2008–2009 has identified fundamental problems of the post-crisis development of the world economy. The first financial crisis of the ХХI century was a systemic failure of the elements of the current national and world financial models. It proved that international financial markets controlling mulitiple assets cannot be self-regulated. Secondly, in 2010–2012, the world economy faced the risks of post-crisis development. The probability of a new wave of financial crisis remains. The author of the article shares this position on the possible versions of the post-crisis economic development. The author’s position on the development of the tendency of unstable and slow recovery from the crisis is substantiated. The development of Japan economy after the crisis of 1997–1998 is an example of economic recovery
