Summary/Abstract: Search for new critical perception of phenomenon of destruction of civic and citizen essence of Bosnian society and for reasons for structural, conscious and non- conscious radical resistance to the establishment of one democratic decentralized state of Bosnia-Herzegovina – are two basic motives of this political-philosophic research. In the first part the author questions causes of negative peace in B&H and SFRY before wars and gives structurally easier, but contextually harder question of causes of war in B&H (and SFRY), as well as question of negative peace after Dayton Peace Agreement. In the second part the author gives hypothesis of about the character of war in B&H and in the third part he discusses relation between democracy and humanism.
