Summary/Abstract: This article is focused of the concept protoidentity as logical and in a definite sense ontological precondition for the existence of identity. The transcendental view towards identity necessitates the acceptance of such structures which are not connected with the empirical dimension of the psychic states but which make possible the empirical experience or every identity which manifests itself.
