Summary/Abstract: In the actual context, since the end of 2008, creating the business all-round view started to dilute the own power through the invisible globalize hands. Actually, nothing seemed to clear up the business-man discommode, that make the current management tasks more difficult then ever, în the disorder of a millennium which can’t be predictable at his real impact. That’s why a new negotiating method based on a FOR (facilities- opportunities-risks) mentality will be able to resist în front of an immaterial crisis game. Who is responsible for this globalization level and which is the negotiation future în the actual economical-financial trajectory, these remain just as unknown mystery on the scene of the ethics and organizational responsibilities. If we confine at the analysis of the negotiation medium, then we’ll probably find out that a failure cause is represented by the ignorance of the main chances which lead itself to a real success: în fact, we’re smolder în an unknown landscape. However, starting from this level we just have and maintain the pretension of escaping from the unnatural situations, în the presence of some transparent networking principles of what mean, at a short time view, a professional savoir faire, by detaining a proper synergic alchemy.
