Summary/Abstract: Insufficiently analyzed, poorly founded „organizational citizenship behavior” seems to be the answer to the search for an archetype that integrates social requirements, ideal for the joining any organization, including the military one. Although it is not reflected in the criteria for analysis, testing, and psychological evaluation for candidates for admission to the military structures, „organizational citizenship behavior”, considered to be subjective and impossible to prove in all respects, can however be an additional criterion for promotion to certain military specialties.
