Summary/Abstract: The survey of nine well-known Belarusian intellectuals on the general intellectual situation in Belarus. Th e text presents the answers to the questions on the infl uence of intellectuals on the current state of Belarusian culture and nation, and the strategy of intellectual activity in modern conditions of crisis. Th e respondents also answer what political, social and cultural challenges Belarusian intellectuals face today.
