Summary/Abstract: The beginning is about some of the general historical anticipations on the basic of which the present lagislative praxes was developed. The next part handles with the legal force of the legal norms and their cancellation because of unlawfulness. The Integrated part describes many kinds of legal norms and their influences on the legalisation process. Furthermore the attention is drawed to the limitations by the using of terminology and to the deficiently extension obligatory enactment. In the end is totaled recent aspect legalisation process.
