Contemporary problems of the law making

Summary/Abstract: The work presented is devoted to contemporary topics of the law making. It is divided into several independent parts, determined by a reference to unresolved “eternal sins” of law making. Substantive part of the work is focused on the issue of political rationality and its collision with juristic rationality. Enourmous legislative ravage, insufficient normative level, etc. are also mentioned in the article. In the final chapter the author tries to define law making as an independent legal discipline. There is also a criticism of legal dogmatics domination in the article. However, main value of the work remains in recognition of the fact, that suggestions to resolve some undesired law making effects are difficult to find.
