On Foreign Capital Investment Bifurcations

Summary/Abstract: An economic model of cycles focused on the foreign capital investment phenomenon will be briefly introduced. We consider a system of the first order nonlinear differential equations where a feedback is controlled by a capi-tal/output ratio parameter. The influence of the parameter changes on a macro-economic stability is analyzed. A convergence of this economic system either to stable state, or limit cycle, or chaotic state is demonstrated.
