Summary/Abstract: Poverty and social exclusion are very important issues that must be eradicated for the good of all, both the states and the citizens. Adult poverty is a drama, but child poverty and social exclusion is a tragedy, children are completely innocent and they are suffering for the mistakes of others, both the state and the parents. A child who grows up in poverty is so affected by this situation that will become an adult who will fight all his life with poverty and social exclusion.
