Summary/Abstract: Having the origin in the forms of economic and financial cooperation, globalization has rapidly expanded, comprising political, social, and cultural world. Avoiding the barriers of the bipolarity within which decisions on peace and stability were adopted based on the interests of its two major actors (USA and RUSSIA), globalization has created a security environment which is quite different from the previous one. One can discuss the perception of chaos globally, with non-linear developments in the most unexpected places, deeper than the world has ever seen.
