Summary/Abstract: Max Weber’s unambiguous conceptual apparatus, achieved by means of lexical systematization, should unconditionally be found in the translations of his works as well, in order to ensure the correct approach to them. To achieve this goal, it is necessary two conditions to be fulfilled: genuine linguistic competence of the translator, but also genuine understanding of the questions raised by Weber.
