Summary/Abstract: The increasing risks for the sustainable development and the crisis in trust between business players and pressure forces modify the concept for corporate (responsible) citizen more topical than ever. The reasons to intensify the sensibility of the civil society towards business behavior appear because of corporate negative reputation, industry’s scandals and financial collapses. “The good news is not news“ is a media practice which additionally puts influence in that direction. In the said framework the report reflects the results of researches on social perception and attitudes towards business organizations; presents different aspects of the routes and factors which stimulate CSR good practice optimization, aiming to overcome the crisis in trust and the implementation of corporate citizen benchmark to be successfully done.
