Summary/Abstract: The article consists of three very short writings by Mihaela Perciun. “Digestible Stage Props” and “Chance as a Biography” focus on two broken destinies; the no longer successful actor who out of pity is given the chance to recite poetry on stage in front of a glass of beer and has a hard time finishing his job and the deceived mistress of a communist activist who ended up by collecting recycle material in the post communist Moldavia. The third story “A Fable for the King” is a political satire set in the world of animals.
