Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the organizational issues of the Polish intelligence agency activity in the pre-war Wrocław in 1936–1939. The changes in functioning of the Polish deep intelligence in the German Reich took place after the year 1933 and the unmasking of Major Jerzy Sosnowski. Due to the fact, an amendment in the rules of the intelligence functioning was conducted. It was at that moment organized on the basis of Polish diplomatic and consular authorities; the employees of the Second Department of Polish General Staff officially embraced the diplomatic posts.Such a position (a clerk of the press Consulate) was taken over by Major Bruno Grajek, who came to Wrocław in 1936. The article concentrates on the presentation of a technical-material basis, which he created (i.a. car, laboratory, contacts with the Head Office, confidentiality) and a demonstration of the Polish agencies.
