Summary/Abstract: This article explores the meaning of life, human fate and self-discovery. Based on texts by Gombrowicz and Nietzsche, the author describes two distinct theoretical positions, which she describes as chaotic babble and amor fati. The conclusion outlines the complimentary character of these two concepts.
