Summary/Abstract: The temporal convention used by Mikhail Bulgakov in his novel The Master and Margarita makes the narrator an almighty presence which lives simultaneously in all the times of the narration, using the prolepsis, in order to create a permanent game of anticipation. Textually, in Bulgakovřs novel, the prolepsis appears in a special type of discourse linked to a temporal manifestation which creates an interesting configuration of the narrative future.
