Summary/Abstract: The paper points out that the request by the Prosecutor General on constitutional case No. 25 of 1995 which asks for a binding interpretation of Art. 151, paragraph 2, sentence 3 of the Constitution on the issue of what would the legal consequences of Constitutional Court's decisions be in a situation where a law amending or repealing an existing law has been found to be anti-constitutional, is inadmissible since the Constitutional Court may not fill gaps in the Constitution.
