Summary/Abstract: The article aims to define the strategic directions of greenhouse vegetable growing industry in Ukraine after the entry into force of the agreement on free trade zone between Ukraine and the EU during the process of political association and economic integration. The subject of the research is a complex of theoretical and practical aspects of the strategic directions’ establishment for the development of greenhouse vegetable growing in Ukraine. The object of the research is the development of the greenhouse vegetable growing. The methodological basis of the study were monographic, calculation and constructive, graphic, economic statistical, logical and abstract methods. The informational basis of the research comprises statistical digests, financial reports of enterprises, informational and analytical digests, achievements of classical and modern economic theory and scientific works of leading national and foreign scientists. A comprehensive approach to reveal the essence of the agricultural development strategy is set in the article. A profound analysis of the greenhouse vegetable growing condition is conducted. The development prospects of the greenhouse vegetable growing industry are clearly defined. Solid conclusions about the ability to export national greenhouse products are made. A constructive approach for a balanced assessment of the strategic state in the greenhouse growing is offered in our opinion. Main strategic directions of the greenhouse vegetable growing industry development in terms of association with the EU are defined.
