Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this workshop is a short introductory presenting of cibera and the reasons which caused the thinking about Virtual specialized libraries (surely, it΄s also for related library information services) and implementing of Web 2.0 makes sense because of these reasons. Again, there are presented experience and products from practice, and finally it is over with view at something which is in the framework of our put up aims that cibera be networked with the group of experts team during 2009 and it must be still implemented.
