I. The admissibility of the ordinary appeal exercised by the prosecutor from the Directorate Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism against the decision given by the court of law in a cause within the jurisdiction

Summary/Abstract: The author considers that the prosecutor from the Directorate Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism may appeal against a cause by appeal or recourse even if he/she was not the one who took part at the trial, but another prosecutor within the prosecutor’s office attached to the court of law.
