Summary/Abstract: With the advent of the Hippocratic Oath in society arises entirely new concept of trust between doctor and patient - a problem that exists throughout the centuries until today. In the process of enormous technological progress in the medicine the risk of deviation from the fundamental, timeless time goal of medicine, which fundamentally changed the calling of the doctor as a professional value and quality. What is needed is a renaissance of Hippocrates. It will be a qualitatively new impetus for rationalization and development of medical vocation.
