Summary/Abstract: The management and the exploitation of the national growing stock and the forest vegetation on the land outside the stock, whether public or private property, are subject to the restrictions provided by the Forest Code. Consequently, the violation of these restrictive provisions by the owners, if the privately owned forest or land with forest vegetation is included in the forest development projects, renders them criminally liable, according to law.
