Summary/Abstract: Migration pressure which have been affecting the European Union member states since the beginning of 2015, results in differences concerning ways to address the migration crisis, especially the quota system approved in September 2015. The article presents arguments of Central-European member states contradicting the mandatory quotas and their activities of political and legal nature.
