Summary/Abstract: In this paper the author deals with some aspects of the groups of companies (groupes des entreprises, Unternehmensgruppen). First, the author analyzes the question of groups of companies in the ouvre of Tamás Sárközy, than, concentrates on both foreign and Hungarian papers and monographs dealing with this topic.
