Summary/Abstract: The free movement of workers entails the abolition of any discrimination based on nationality between workers of the Member States as regards employment, remuneration and other conditions of work and employment. This paper describes the concept and the area of application of this freedom, as well as the exceptional circunstances in which it can´t be applied and the rights derived from this freedom of movement, in the terms established by the EUCJ.
