Summary/Abstract: Practice of bribeing public officials of foreign countries as a mean to achieve business goals, frequently is finding "fruitfull soil" in terms of bribes supporting local customs of underdeveloped societies. The harmful consequences of, so-called “trivial corruption”, are often hidden, which has negative influence on income, legal management and reputation of the company.
