Summary/Abstract: The admission of the claim by the defendant is not sufficient for the court to render a judgment conforming to the admission. It is also necessary for the applicant to consent and make a motion by requesting the court to terminate the trial and render a judgement according to the admission. In this sense, the applicant's consent is an important prerequisite for the realization of this institute which mandates the analysis of the validity of the applicant`s consent.
