Summary/Abstract: Methodology of comparative analysis is presented as specifically scientific, there is summarized four options of comparative educational researches since the time of their origin. It is defined prospects and approaches to organization of modern research, refined features and objectives of constructivist comparative pedagogical search comparing to classical comparative one. There is determined a number of theoretical concepts that underpin a modern pedagogical comparative analysis, including principles: 1) adherence a systematic approach in the research; 2) unity of meanings and objectives of educational activities in the world practice and feasibility of technological variability; 3) the identity of vectors of partial and total in the evolution of pedagogical empiricism; 4) priority of orientation of educational systems development on providing human values.
