Summary/Abstract: This article is devoted to the research of the relationship between machine-building enterprises and outsourcers logistics functions, which together form a chain or network of companies and contribute to competitive advantage. This article presents the logic of logistics outsourcing strategic principles based subsystem of the client: for process, structural and process of the formation of strategic initiatives for each of them.
