Summary/Abstract: In our era, a postmodern, or of globalization one, it is mandatory that the success in business, the well-functioning and the survival of the entities on the specified market, to depend on the smooth communication, either focused on niches’ directions (departments, providers, clients), or globally, with entities of different specializations from regional and international levels. We consider that a straight communication, no matter in what manner, between managers and staffs, or directly between personnel from different departments (horizontal and vertical in the hierarchy) is more efficient and strengthen what is to do, but also get viable ways for action. First of all, for the atmosphere suitable to work, for the socialization actions (so how they are allowed), these meetings, briefings, brainstorming method or other modern techniques, we militate for niche-oriented communication, combined with global communication, in the relationships with the business and social environment.
