Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to highlighting Ukraine’s participation in the “EURONEST” Parliamentary Assembly in the context of the European Union’s Eastern Partnership initiative, using as a basis the administrative documents of the Ukrainian Parlament’s Committee for European Integration. The study reveals the concept of "management records" and "official documents". Based on the sources analyzed, a classification of administrative records, establishment timeline and functions of “EURONEST” PA were formed.
