ECOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF THE PROTECTION OF THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT IN EUROPEAN LAW

Summary/Abstract: This scientific study is dedicated to problems related to the environmental law aspetcs for the protection of working environment under the Law of the European Union (EU) as well as the approximation of the Bulgarian legislation with the European law. Their actuality is determined to duties of Bulgaria to fulfill the requirements of the EU legislation in this field. The attention is paid to two groups of problems: a) environmental law protection of the working environment under primary law of the EU; b) environmental law protection of the working environment under secondary law of the EU. Finally some general conclusions and recommendations are given from the examined EU regulation.
