Summary/Abstract: Although dynamic in terms of international political events, 2013 does not constitute a reference momentum for significant strategic shifts on the global scene. Hence, the dynamic of main events and international actors rather confirmed the idea that strategically the strategic changes emerged in the past years are still developing. These state of facts lead to changes which affected or will affect regional security in Europe, north Africa, Middle East, Caucasus, and not the least, Asia-Pacific region.
