Summary/Abstract: Serbs who committed crimes during the Kosovo conflict have met justice both in Serbia and in the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. Yet the court generally failed to prosecute ethnic-Albanians who also committed crimes. A 2011 report released by the Council of Europe accused members of the Kosovo Liberation Army of organ trafficking and revenge attacks – crimes which have never been fully investigated.
