ECOLOGICAL ASPECTS

Summary/Abstract: This scientific study is dedicated to problems related to the legal protection of the Black Sea coastal zone in the Republic of Bulgaria. Their actuality is determined to increasing degradation of the environment in this region of the country. The attention is paid to problems related to the state of the national legislation, legal measures for the protection of the environment in this region and liability for infringement of the existing Bulgarian legislation in this field. Finally some general conclusions and recommendations are given from the examined regulation.
