Summary/Abstract: Historically Russia never attached as much importance to law as the West did. At the same time modern Russia claims to develope in line with the European (western) civilization. It adopted many international legal documents. However, does the country's education system prepare children to respect rule of law? An analysis of a youg historian offers answers to some questions.
