Summary/Abstract: Sculptor Stasys Žirgulis was born in 1944 in Radviliškis. In 1974 he graduated from the Lithuanian National Art Institute (currently the Vilnius Art Academy). After that the artist began to participate in various exhibitions and to create both small and monumental sculptures. In 1978 he became a member of the Lithuanian Artists Association.
