Effectiveness and cohesion of the military team and processes of social impact

Summary/Abstract: The article represents a theoretical overview of the ideas related with the formation of effective and cohesive teams in the military units. The grounds for this are based on the tendencies in transformation of the nature of the hazards concept in the 21st century and the newly emerging roles and tasks, corresponding to the new realities, risks and challenges the Bulgarian army is facing, which are seriously provocative for the Bulgarian serviceman.
